Lifestyle
St. Paul's Episcopal Church is providing space to Building Bridges as a benefit to the "For Our Schools" program that keeps music, art, and fitness in our public schools through free aerobics classes. These one hour classes take place Wednesdays at noon. Classes can accommodate people with any level of workout intensity. Find your own speed, develop your own routine. Classes are designed to help keep you limber and as agile as possible. You will feel better and can get to know others like yourself. Let's face it, exercise is hard, but it helps with our quality of life. The feeling you get afterwards is a personal boost and a feeling of empowerment.
